Single Parent Relief Program

Inviting single parent families with Middle & high school students

The purpose of this program is to provide single parent households a safe, secure place for their students to access digital learning. We believe single parents will need more help than most during this time period, and we can serve them best by offering a conducive learning environment for their children. We understand and see the need to serve elementary school age students but a) recognize the difference in level of care and engagement required and b) believe the implications and impact on near-future opportunities are higher for middle and high school students.

This is a free program, in partnership with NG3 and local churches, to provide host sites for students of single parent families in need. This program is designed to give single parents a safe place to take their student(s) for their daily digital learning. Attending students are expected to log into their classes and work independently. There will be no instructional services provided by NG3, church staff, or volunteers on-site.  Chaperones will be present to supervise students with no expectations to serve as substitute educational professionals
