Jon Stinchcomb
Chairman of the Board

I am proud to say I was a student-athlete in Gwinnett County, attending Parkview High School. I went to UGA, graduating with a degree in microbiology and a minor in religion. After college, I was drafted in the second round of the 2003 NFL draft and played 8 years with New Orleans Saints. Throughout my life, I have been blessed with amazing men and women of character who have invested in me. I joined NG3 as the Director of Operations because I recognize the unique opportunities for connections and relationships created through sports, and I want to provide the next generation with similar positive figures to those who helped shape who I am today. I am a husband to my life-long best friend, Ali, and father of two wonderful children, Mason and Emily Gray.

Colby Cameron

Colby Cameron joined the NG3 board of Directors in the beginning of 2019. Colby grew up just outside of Atlanta area (Stone Mountain) and has remained native to the area. Colby’s family was very entrenched in the "sports scene" growing up. He attended and played basketball at Parkview High School. He then went on to Georgia College and State University graduating with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing. He was fortunate enough to continue his love of sports by playing for GSCU’s baseball team, as well taking a very active role in the GCSU’s intramural sports. In fact, it was sports that lead to Colby’s salvation.

After college, Colby immediately began working for Chick-fil-A, and in 2010, Colby became a franchise owner of the Chick-fil-A in Snellville Georgia. It was there that Colby started hearing about NG3. Colby immediately became passionate about the mission of NG3 and tried to find ways to get more involved.

Colby lives in Monroe, GA and now owns the Chick-fil-A franchisee in Alpharetta. Colby is married to his best friend, Ashley Sinclair Cameron and has two beautiful kids, Sam and Laney.

Cliff Hagan

My wife Tonya and I, along with our sons Adam and Luke have resided in the Loganville\Grayson area since 1992. I was blessed to have coached youth sports for many years, served my local church in missions and also as our Mission Chairperson. I have served on the board and also as board president at the SE Gwinnett Coop, and also served in our community as I worked with Witness Through Fitness, a local ministry that promotes the exercise of both body and one’s spiritual walk with Christ. I have been blessed with a heart to reach and encourage the “next generation” and am thankful to be living that out both on the board of NG3 and also in the field leading a great Lacrosse NG3 Core Group at Grayson High School. – Proverbs 27:17

Ryan Ledden

Ryan Ledden has lived in the Atlanta area his entire life where he grew up and attended Parkview High School. He was fortunate to have the opportunity of getting drafted out of high school by the Tampa Bay Rays. After Ryan’s professional baseball career, he attended the University of Georgia and majored in Social Science Education to become a high school teacher. Ryan had a passion for teaching and being around the game of baseball as well as young student athletes. Ryan taught for seven years at Brookwood High School in Gwinnett County and coached baseball. This is where he got to know Matt Williams very well and saw Matt’s vision for what would now be NG3. Ryan loved his time at Brookwood teaching Economics and coaching, but he felt like God was taking him in a different direction. Ryan wanted to continue to teach, but to a different audience. He wanted to incorporate his passion for planning; investing for people’s financial future in retirement. He made the jump from public school teaching to the private sector of financial planning/advisement. Ryan is now the President of Black Oak Asset Management.

Ryan and his family live in Cumming, Georgia. Ryan is married to Stephanie who is a practicing small animal veterinarian in the Atlanta area. Ryan and Stephanie have two children; Lindy Grace and Lucas Ryan. Ryan loves to be with his family, exercising, being outside working on his property, following UGA sports, watching the Atlanta Braves, fishing, hunting, reading, attending Browns Bridge Church, and serving on the NG3 Board of Directors.

Brad Westbrook

Brad Westbrook joined the NG3 Board of Directors in 2018. A native of Atlanta, Brad grew up in the Roswell area and played basketball and baseball at Roswell High School. After graduating from Roswell in 1997, he was fortunate to have the opportunity to continue playing basketball at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Through the common bond of sports, Brad experienced first-hand how coaches and adult mentors, acting as positive role models, can impact an individual’s character and overall development. Seeing the work NG3 was doing at the high school level, Brad was immediately drawn to it based on his own personal experiences in high school and was excited about the opportunity to participate with the organization.

Brad currently owns and operates Westbrook Real Estate, a boutique retail commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based in Atlanta.

Brad lives in Roswell and is married to Elizabeth Griffin of Landrum, SC and they have 2 amazing children, Annalise and Adele. They are involved in their local community and attend Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and almost any activity that involves the outdoors.

Jill Waterworth

Jill Waterworth joined the NG3 board in 2023.  She grew up in central Florida, where she attended junior college at Polk State for 2 years and played volleyball.  After completing her associate degree, she continued her education at Berry College, where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science.  She now resides in Bogart, Georgia with her husband and 4 children.  She has a heart for discipleship, participating in the body of Christ, and sharing the Gospel, being involved with both local youth groups and overseas mission trips over the last 20+ years.

As a former student athlete, and now a mother of children playing high school, middle school, and club sports, she understands and values the impact NG3 has on the lives of student athletes and the next generation.

Kurt McKee

Kurt grew up in Lilburn, Ga. He attended Parkview High School in Gwinnett County and played baseball for the Panthers as well for the Columbus State Cougars. During his time at Columbus State, he earned a Bachelor degree in Business. He now works for Air Filter Sales and Service, where he has been for 15 years.

Kurt was mentored by a high school coach who invited the team to his house weekly for Bible study and life on life discipleship. This mentor ultimately helped lead him to faith in Jesus Christ. Knowing the importance mentors play in the lives of high school students, Kurt is passionate about NG3 and knows the importance of meeting kids where they are at. He currently resides in Bogart, Ga with his wife, Jamie, and 3 sons. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his boys in baseball, basketball and football and playing golf. He is very involved in his local church where he has lead small group in the student ministry.

Wayne Shellnutt

I was born and raised in Snellville and graduated from South Gwinnett in 1988.  I then went on to play basketball at Lagrange College graduating in 1992.   While at Lagrange, I met my wife Holly and we have now been married for 30 years.  We have 2 kids….our 26 year old daughter Payton and our son Dylan, who is 21.

After graduation, I went to work for my dad at his insurance agency, East Mountain Insurors.  After being in Snellville for 32 years, we moved to downtown Grayson in 2020.  We have enjoyed being part of the Grayson community.

I first became aware of NG3 approximately 10 years ago when we were invited to the annual banquet by Ryan Ledden.   We have attended every banquet since and have enjoyed getting to know many great families.  In 2016, our son Dylan became involved with a huddle group with his Lacrosse team led by Cliff Hagan.  This group continues to have a huge impact on his life, 4 years after graduating.

I feel honored and look forward to serving on the board of NG3.
